As our services are extensive and can be tailored to suit your company’s needs, we have compiled a list of our most commonly asked questions.

  • It really depends on your call levels. With a quick conversation, we can gauge the level of your calls and come up with a package that best suits you.
  • We have a monthly package which we base on your call volume, then we monitor your call levels monthly to ensure what you’re paying suits your call volume. We also have a ‘pay as you go’ package where you pay a small fee each month and purchase what we call ‘service credits’. You then simply use up your service credits with every call we take for you. We’ll let you know when you’re running low so you can top up.
  • We are so confident about our service that we don’t make you sign a minimum term contract at all. You have the option to opt out at any time with just one month’s notice.
  • We have an ‘answering your marketing package’ that consists of all of our marketing services. We’ll also answer all enquiries from them. However if there are just one or two that you are interested in, then we can break them down into individual services or smaller packages to best suit your company’s needs.
  • We can have your website transferred to our green hosted servers, so you can keep your site the same, or if you prefer, we could produce a new site for you.
  • Yes of course. Just let us know how you would like your phones answered.
  • We are closed. However, out of hours coverage can be arranged.
  • No problem. One of our PAs will call you with all the information you need to be online almost instantly. You will be given a Dedicated Divert Number. Choose the level of coverage you need and we will do the rest.
