• Ensure you are not disturbed during meetings
• Confidently tell callers when and why you are not available
• Arrange your appointments and appointment confirmations for callers
• Directly book in callers for appointments using specific times selected and chosen by you
• Send you a text message/email before you are due for an appointment (free of charge)
• Send your daily agenda via email every morning (free of charge)
• Your PA will even contact your clients on your behalf in order to cancel, change or create appointments

Online shared Calendars are exceptional for appointment making, using a unique ‘sharing’ system. This enables multiple viewing and editing of the same calendar, perfect for our PAs to arrange appointments for various industries e.g. property viewings, driving lessons, instrument lessons etc. at convenient times specified by you or your staff.
